STRATEGY MODELLING

Description. The modelling of the strategy is performed in several stages: (1) formation of the mission and the vision and definition of the long-term objectives of the company, based on the established values of the company; (2) formation of the company’s strategy (goals, tasks, responsibilities, etc.), after having analysed the internal and external environment of the company and having assessed the alternative strategies; (3) preparation of the guidelines of the strategy, communication and implementation.
Results. The mission and the vision of the company or organization clearly formed; specific, well-founded and reasonable long-term goals defined; a strategic business programme and the guidelines of its communication and implementation prepared, ensuring successful and effective business management.
Terms. The formation of the strategy in the company lasts approximately two to four weeks depending on the size of the company, business peculiarities, etc. |
